Surrender. Time to surrender to the bottled up feelings you are having that are dragging you down. To surrender lets the feelings go through you and then allows you to heal from the experience. To surrender does not mean to be weak, we are human and will feel a range of emotions and as such it is so important that we don’t make ourselves wrong for what we are feeling. I believe as long as our emotions flow through us and don’t get stuck in a pattern of punishing ourselves with them it is healthy to work through everything that we are feeling. The process of surrendering to all that is coming through us instead of fighting it allows for a unique perspective as we let go of the anger and victim mentality and simply experience and feel.
